• Order Details (items purchased, transaction IDs for advance payments)

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• To confirm, process, and pack your order.
• To dispatch your parcel and provide delivery tracking updates.
• To contact you via WhatsApp regarding order details, issues, or confirmations.

3. Data Protection and Sharing

Your data is stored securely in our private database (Supabase). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

We only share your strictly necessary details (Name, Phone Number, and Address) with our trusted courier and delivery partners to ensure your parcel reaches your doorstep safely.

4. Payment Security

We do not collect or store any credit card or sensitive financial information. For advance payments, we only ask for the 11-digit Transaction ID (TID) from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app, which is verified manually by our team to confirm your transfer.
