Welcome to MALLO.✦! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Handmade Nature of Products

All items at MALLO.✦ are entirely handmade with love and care. Because of this, please expect slight variations in bead colors, charms, or threading compared to the exact promotional pictures. Each piece is unique!

2. Orders & Minimum Order Limit

To successfully place an order, your cart must meet our Minimum Order Limit of Rs. 1,000. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed at checkout.

3. Payment Terms

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan. You will pay the rider in cash when the parcel is handed to you.
• Advance Payments: If your order requires a mandatory advance (due to size or delivery location), you must transfer it via JazzCash or Easypaisa. The remaining balance will be collected as COD. We do not accept 100% advance payments.
• Fake Transactions: Submitting fake Transaction IDs (TIDs) will result in immediate cancellation of your order and a ban from future purchases.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges vary based on your city. Delivery to Karachi is discounted, while other cities carry standard nationwide rates. Delivery times depend on the courier service, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, we begin hand-making your pieces immediately. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order items, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp (0312-3621855). Once an order is dispatched to the courier, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Return & Refund Policy
